Situation of human rights in Equatorial Guinea
Economic and Social Council Decision 1994/71
At its 43rd plenary meeting, on 25 July 1994, the Council, noting Commission on Human Rights resolution 1994/89 of 9 March 1994, approved the Commission's decision to renew for one year the mandate of the Special Rapporteur, and its request to the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission at its fifty-first session. The Council further approved the Commission's request to the Secretary-General to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the assistance necessary for the discharge of his mandate.
