Human rights situation of the Lebanese detainees in Israel
Note by the Secretary-General Addendum
1. On 29 January 2004, 23 Lebanese detainees who had been detained in Israel were released.
2. On 23 February 2004, a second note verbale was addressed to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Israel further to the note verbale sent on 10 June 2003, drawing attention to resolution 2003/8. No reply had been received at the time of the preparation of the present addendum.
