Candidates from the following countries are welcome to apply to the seminar: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro (including Kosovo), Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Applications from other states will not be considered. | |

The objective of the programme is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of international and regional systems for the promotion and protection of human rights, regional and international monitoring mechanisms and national implementation procedures in the field of human rights.
Participants are responsible for obtaining all visas necessary for their journey and stay during the training programme.
