 Contenido |  The Institutet för offentlig och internationell rätt (Stockholm Institute of Public and International Law) conducts this course in human rights law and, in particular, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The course is organized as a moot court competition and covers selected problems, preferably two to four, which allow for in-depth studies. Issues dealt with include civil rights, freedom of religion, tax law, and corporal punishment. |  |

Participants come from ten universities in the Nordic countries.
A network of judges in the Supreme Courts and the European Courts are supportive of the program. Twelve permanent advocate clubs recruit the students at their local university.
The course is delivered by Professor Sundberg, along with other specialists. Each panel of judges consists of a president taken from the European Court in Strasbourg. |  |
