International human rights law, community service, human rights and assistance to victims, UN standards on juvenile justice, juvenile justice in Lesotho, UN code of conduct for law enforcement officials, the role of the police in a democratic society, community policing. Objectives of the programme: sensitization of rights within the criminal justice system. | |

Subject issues: prison conditions. Frequency: one national seminar was held. There was no scholarship, but the coordinators of the programme were given a chance to attend an advanced human rights course in Copenhagen, Denmark. Programme is funded by DANIDA - Denmark. | |
