Content

The program aims to provide a structure for work in litigation and legal advocacy under the European Convention on Human Rights, legal and other human rights-related training, and work in human rights education. The contents varies according to the needs of the commissioning organization. Past sessions have covered: democratic institutions (for the British Council); introductory human rights for civil servants from Pakistan (for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office); human rights, humanitarian law, refugees and the work of non-governmental organizations (for Amnesty International); and trial observation training.
