 Contenido |  This program is an advanced-level course designed for those activists of non-governmental organizations who have graduated from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights' International Summer School on Human Rights or from another basic course on the mechanisms for human rights protection. The curriculum is usually based on selected issues from the area of human rights and freedoms.
The three winter schools that have taken place so far have focused on the mechanisms for the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms isolated institutions (prisons, police stations, pre-trial detention centers, psychiatric hospitals, children's homes, etc.), freedom of association, and freedom of speech. |  |
