 Content |  The program aims to give a detailed a picture of the social dimension of the European Union, including equal opportunities and safety of groups with a mental or physical disability or a disadvantageous background. The program examines the place of women in society and the labor market, gender awareness, the problem of the segregation of the labor market, and the structure of female employment (in that it is irregular and part-time). Lectures are given; and, afterwards, workshops are held as follow-up. These workshops discuss issues brought up during the lectures in detail. Alternatively, problematic issues are assigned to target groups, which are asked to find solutions. |  |
